WW Neonscape Additions

Description
The WW Furnishing mod adds a wonderful new city planet type, called Neonscape / Neon Pollution. It is available via terraformer, however certain elements are missing from the original mod. I have added horizon graphics (visible while orbiting a planet) and various planet icons. All of the purple planets you see in the preview images are made possible by this mod. Before, planets would look like whatever they were before terraforming. I also updated the 'beauty' billboard from the paralllax (background) image to make the person have more detail and (IMO) look a bit better. If you have trouble getting the terraformer, use /spawnitem ikn_terraformerneonscape.

IMPORTANT
If you terraform a moon that has been hue-shifted (moon is a color other than tan), unfortunately that hue-shift will remain and apply to the Neonscape horizon image. This will make the purple a different color. Water present on the horizon image will also remain. I am unsure if there is a way to override the hue-shift and water... I think it is an innate issue with terraforming.

@GeekyRaptorStudios you have to be able to access the underside of the outpost. The spike sphere or a modded equivalent is the easiest way, travel as far left as you can go and you will eventually roll under the outpost. There is a little secret area down there and the WW Furnishing mod placed a teleporter item (I think in a container) that will take you to the WW District :) you can also spawn the teleporter in with a command, but I don't recall what the command is. You only have to use the teleporter item once, then you can save the location and travel from your ship.

how do I get to the WW District?
Adnarim  [author] 29 Apr, 2023 @ 6:53am
@Rnova2 they are only generated via terraformer.

I'm curious: this type of planets appear normally in the universe or it is only generated with the terraformer.

For the people looking for the terraformer, you know about those two signs between the furniture store & the wallpaper store at WW District?
After a lot of searching, turns out those signs are their own separate shops and not just decoration. The left one (the WW Furnishing sign) has the Neon Pollution terraformer.

@Rnova2 the difference is with the person on the billboard. I kept their original style, just added detail to make them look a bit better. More shading, blending, made their face a more realistic shape, etc.

I didn't know that a planet existed within WW, anyway I'm looking at the two Parallax that you have in the image and I don't see a difference between the old and the new.

@Morbid Curiosity ah good to know, thanks! I always thought that sign was just decoration.

The terraformer is sold from the sign marked "MISC SALE"
