Adds a playermodel based on the YouTuber Ratlobber's avatar.

Original playermodel sourced from "Casual Citizens": https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2510673971. Addon not required.
Head texture photobashed from multiple photographs of Ron Mueck's "Head of a Baby" (2003).
Head model modified from Half-Life 2 (baby doll model).
