Report a translation problem
On the one hand it does work on it's own and solves the issue with this mod.
On the other hand it seems that the conflict lays with the Radious mod I had installed since it overrides the building requirements and so with Radious installed the extra requirement mod does not work so I'll have to settle for non-radious units for my next campaign.
Though I do seem to recall there being a Radious version of this mod at some point way back, wonder what happened to it?

I don't believe there's currently any way around this but is there any chance you may look at removing the need for buildings like that in the future if possible?
would it ever be possible to allow access to radious units again? There are also locked units in the embassies which are not possible to recruit without buildings from that faction. Not sure if that can be worked out.
