This is the third PACK in the series. And final.

OK lets talk numbers.

No, the total file size is not 217MB since all the textures are shared between buildings. If you use the Loading Screen Mod, the actual total file size should be closer to 15MB! <--- IMPORTANT.

The textures are 2K, using c,d,i,n,s textures.
Most buildings have between 3,000 and 10,000 tris.
Each mesh is around 100-300KB.

There are 6 unique meshes, each comes in 4 different styles.

The base color of the buildings is actually WHITE, so you can adjust them to any darker color. I prefer black or dark-grey.

These are RICO L3 Office.

The buildings do not have ground-floor retail or decoration, nor rooftop decorations. You should consider using the recent "low commercial" PACK or roottop PACK assets to decorate
