Germany enhanced (final version?)

Description
Add new features for Germany and modify the original data. How to say, it makes up for Germany's early weakness and strengthens the benefits of industrial zones and regional planning. I am not good at technology and only can modify values. This is my first time to do mod. At present, I am interested in doing other things after the buildings and units will not be changed. Leadership

Holy Roman Empire

Additional military policy slots. +7 force when attacking city states and barbarians.

Civilized ability

The Third Reich

Additional general policy slots. The area construction is accelerated by 25%.

People on the Rhine

No matter where the city center is located, it will be regarded as a water supply, and will automatically get a monument.

Empires prosper

Standard bonus+1 is provided for adjacent areas.

Characteristic area

Commercial Trade Association
High seas fleet port: a German characteristic area. The naval units produced in this area have+1 mobility, and at the same time, they have the adjacent bonus of ports and commercial trade associations. They can obtain additional large engineer points, and have the defensive function at a low cost.The expert slot provides 2 gold coins, 1 grain, 2 science and 2 productivity

Aachen Church: a religious area with the characteristics of the Holy Roman Empire, with a low cost and 1 point of livability, can ignore the construction of urban population (bug: Eureka who cannot obtain national labor), and obtain culture, technology and belief through the adjacent bonus of regions (belief bonus cannot be obtained through mountains).Expert slot provides 2 food, 2 science, 1 document and 5faith.

Modified value: the commercial center provides 5 adjacent bonus points

Domestic servant: can be upgraded to a swordsman, stronger and cheaper. Combat near the territory+5 combat effectiveness

U Boat

Teutonic Knights: Medieval heavy cavalry of the Holy Roman Empire, with higher mobility and attack power. It can also make nearby enemy units - 5 combat effectiveness.

打了mod发现文明特性没变,是还需要订阅什么吗?还是说和我已有的一些mod冲突了?

一些问题反馈一下。首先圣地和港口介绍中的相邻两个区域+1科技实际上并没有加成;以及商业中心相邻港口+2金币也没有了;还有港口拥有工业区加成实则只有相邻商业中心和资源才能加生产力,其余相邻水渠堤坝等并不增加生产力,以及相邻区域只增加金币也不增加生产力

@阿基坦的埃利诺 新德国只是领袖技能不一样吧?我做mod的时候绑的是德国,新德国也能吃到模组。还是说重做一下路德维希的技能?

亚琛教堂不给国劳鼓舞应该不是bug,而是不占区域位的区域都不能给国劳鼓舞,参考越南城池,我觉得作者还是把亚琛教堂不占区域位的属性去掉好点,德国是不缺区域位的
