Cincinnati Union Terminal is an intercity train station and museum center in the Queensgate neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Union Terminal's distinctive architecture, interior design, and history have earned it several landmark designations, including as a National Historic Landmark.

This asset is hybrid between old original floor plan design, the original train concourse, and current renovated setup.

- no tree? better do it yourself to your taste. Trying to keep the requirement list short.
- how to detail the platform? you need at least Prop Control, MoveIt, Tree Control to raise stuff above ground level
- animated fountain? add Jet of Water & Fountain Jet Prop
