Incoming meme mod. The premise of this mod is definitely not for everyone, and was simply done for funsies.

This mod is essentially an extension of the Koihime Musou Overhaul mod I previously created. All components of this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2797954281 is fully incorporated and modified in this Extension mod.

Please NOTE - you only need to sub to THIS mod to be able to play. The original Koihime Musou Overhaul mod (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2797954281) is not a required item. Do not activate both at the same time. Please choose one of the two.

And allow me to repeat a warning, the HAN EMPIRE WILL SPAWN ARMIES AND FIGHT BACK.

What does this mod do?

  • Added 76 and 10 completely new character(s) from Koihime Musou's sister-franchises, Sengoku Koihime and Souten Koihime respectively, and used their art, personalities, traits to incorporate them into Three Kingdoms characters (all characters can be checked in the images)
  • Including the 75 Koihime Musou characters previously created, there are now 161 unique characters
  • Each Character has unique skillsets, unique skills, and new ceos
  • Now all originally playable factions in the 190, 194 and 200 start date have some form of a "Koihime" makeover
  • Also created new factions with Koihime makeover

What happens to the early game mission chains?

Early game missions still function the same as it was in vanilla, with slight modifications. However, the original dilemmas for vanilla factions will no longer trigger. These have been re-modified to match with mod premise and setting.

There will be at least one dilemma for each playable faction, including global events that would occur when playing as most factions.

Please note that some factions may have more events/dilemmas than others. Regardless, every faction will still have events and missions to help shape your gameplay in the early game.

What do the general models look like?

Uh... Well for starters, you're not going to see 100+ extra Sun Ren's running around. Creating models is not my forte. What I have done is basically mish-mash a bunch of existing variants to form about 130-140 new female characters. I can guarantee that they have full bodies and not floating heads and arms. The models are in no way the same as their Koihime artwork. If anyone wants to have a go at making more accurate models, you're more than welcome.

This Extended mod and Original mod will be treated as two separate mods. The Original mod will still function the same way as it is before. I will still occasionally update the Original mod in case some bugs were missed, introduce new balances.

I have decided to make these two mods separate as the Original mod is designed for anyone who wishes to experience TW3K with purely Koihime Musou flavour and lore. This Extended mod does the same, but also incorporates other elements that were never part of the core Koihime Musou lore, but simply as a platform to add the sister-franchise Sengoku Koihime assets into the mod.

@DIODIO Glad you're enjoying the mod. Ka Kei's faction is basically a splinter group of the Han Empire in all but name. So besides the unique mechanic I gave to the faction, it's still tied to the Han Empire AI-wise.

Then again, most of the AI have low upkeep to begin with. And that's mainly because the AI is wholly incapable of managing armies or a proper court if any meaningful upkeep requirement is given to them. Even at 50% discount, most factions appear to be incapable of forming armies. So unfortunately, the AI do have to be given cheats. Additional upkeep factors also come from what territories they own as well as what characters are in the court. Ka Kei herself already provides significant bonuses for both Imperial and Northern Army units.

Glad to enjoy this mod.
The upkeep of AI Ka Kei's forces is extremely low. I understand that Ka Kei's army itself is free, but the other armies under her command are all around 0-30 per units.
Han Empire also has this problem, and while I understand that this is the mod's intention (a powerful Han Empire that can control troops for free), I'm curious as to why Ka Kei's forces have such low upkeep.

@麻婆豆腐 其他修改特别军队招募的模组在与我的模组一起玩时崩溃的原因是,因为那些模组并未设计成与我的模组兼容。我的模组有其自身的设计,因此兼容性有点困难。我目前没有扩展某些角色招募自己所属派系特殊军队的能力的计划。虽然有些角色确实具备这种能力,但这只能具体问题具体分析,因为我现在有很多角色需要处理。(来自翻译)

你好!我希望能在194剧本中,在击败并合邦另外一个派系后,能够使用被合邦派系将领的特种兵种(比如项羽派系的骑兵,或刘邦派系的连弩兵、剑盾骑兵),尝试使用其他作者的特殊兵种招募mod后启动游戏会冲突闪退,请问后续会出相关的mod支持该功能吗?

@草莓香蕉汉堡 He Jin acts more like "horde" faction than normal factions so her economy functions a lot different and is more economically militaristic than most. I don't know how much the AOD amplifies this militarism, but He Jin having a lot of money is not exactly out of the ordinary. Although more than a million in the treasury does seem quite high imo.

In the 190 scenario, He Jin has 2.63 million yuan by turn 25. Is this intended by the design or caused by mod conflicts? I've subscribed to the AOD Troop Pack mod, which might have altered the AI's recruitment tendencies. However, the economic conditions of other AI factions appear normal.

@Arata I'm still not entirely sure what idea you have in mind about the skill tree. Given that every Koihime character has their own skill set. I think that already makes them unique and fun + challenging. Some skills can be pretty busted but countermeasures still exist to counter such skills. Plus if you play 194, the "Ancient era" characters have an entirely different skill set than the other Koihime characters.

If you have ideas or something, so long as it doesn't make the Mod balance more broken than I already made it to be, then I'm more than happy to hear you out. But I can't exactly work on something I have no idea or no plan about.

For someone harcord love more fun and challenge, you can make more skill tree separate mod for Koihime. :steamhappy:
Already have "Max level 15" by Alex Zhao and "battle experience" mod by Shatti that can play with this mod.
But it alright if you don't want to .

@Arata I'm pretty sure I gave all the unique Koihime characters at least 1 unique skill. So wouldn't that be "expanded" already?

Would make the Koihime mod more excited .
