IAR 316B Romanian Air Force [Alouette 3] Remake

This is the IAR 316B, of the Romanian air force, outfitted with decent weapons. It is maneuvrable, fast, and compact. It has 2 radars, 1 for search, 1 to tell when the missiles are in range; and it also has a RWR with 9 chaffs. This is a 1:1 recreation of the IAR 316B, it's the ideal training helicopter, and a good fast response attack helicopter. Unfortunately, It doesn't have many rescue capabilities, but it can host 5 passengers.




-It has enough fuel for 28 minutes/34 min of operational time.
-Max speed is 200kph, normal speed that can be achieved is 170kph.
-Easy and responsive controls.
-RwR, Radars, Nightvision, 1.5km Zoom Sight
-Sight that can zoom in, it's controlled using mouse.
-Small, very small, and pretty light too.
-It can have 5 passengers and 1 pilot.
-Equipment such as medpack.
-It has just like IAR 330 the ability to rescue fighter jet ejected seats which have an active transponder ( the button is on the back near the transponder activator)

IAR began manufacturing the IAR 316 in 1971 at its plant near Brașov, Romania. Production ended in 1987. 250 units were built, 125 of those were built for the Military of Romania, which still uses it to this day in a training capacity. Some IAR 316s were operated in the civilian role in Romania and others were exported to various nations, including Pakistan, Angola, and Guinea. The IAR 316 was modified to carry weapons more common in the Eastern-bloc, such as 57mm rocket pods, 7.62mm machine guns, and anti-tank missiles. An early example was exhibited at the Paris Air Show in June 1973.

Aérospatiale licensed the Romanian aircraft manufacturer Industria Aeronautică Româniă to build the SA.316B as the IAR 316B. Manufacturing began in 1971 in Brasov, Romania, with production ending in 1987. These helicopters were built with the Turbomeca Artouste IIIB powerplant. 250 total units were manufactured with 125 remaining for use in with the Romanian military. The rest of the manufactured helicopters were exported to other nations including Pakistan, Angola and Guinea.

The cockpit of the helicopter is built for both a pilot and co-pilot to operate with excellent views through the spacious glass canopy. Two cabin doors open to the passenger compartment which can accommodate up to three passengers.

The IAR 316B was modified to carry weapon systems more readily available in the Eastern-bloc section of Europe to include 57 mm rocket pods, 7.62 mm machine guns and other anti-tank missiles.
