Naturally, it make sense for an AI to 'progress' as it absorbs more information from direct combat experience. The static, 'no promotion' concept, is a highly outdated and hopefully redundant view of higher-functioning robots.
I have never tried running this without LWOTC so I'm unaware if that is intended.

I received the Spark reward, and the module projects are all present, as well as the companion module mods that were made to accompany this one. Just no repeatable build spark project. I don't run any other spark related mods, or any lost tower mods.
It's possible that I'm misunderstanding this mod, though. Do you only get the rebuild spark once you've lost one? Or is there supposed to be a repeatable build spark project like in vanilla etc?
