Yard heating plant: New version

설명
A small boiler room that can provide heat to your buildings. It can be placed right in the yard, it does not spoil the view, the pollution is very small. + you don't need to run pipes all over the city;)

This is a new version of my old mod with more realistic settings: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2379903433 . It was decided to leave the old mod as it is, because many players already had my boiler rooms and the changes are bad influenced.

I like the idea of significantly simpler heating infrastructure at the cost of urban pollution, but it's just too good. The coal version has half the production of a vanilla small heating plant but is a third the build time and an even smaller fraction of the materials cost, and is slightly cheaper than a small heat exchanger by itself while having twice the capacity. All told it's less than a fifth the investment to provide 200m^3 of hot water even before considering the heat pipes. And on top of that it produces less than a third of the pollution relative to output (and the oil/bitumen plants further halve that pollution), mostly negating the one drawback.

Sparrow, потому что котельные одинаковые, но используют разные виды топлива. От этого и зависит производительность

А по скинам - если получится сделай пожалуйста версию с побеленным кирпичом, чтобы хорошо смотрелась в позднем СССР на фоне беленых белых зданий и наоборот более архаичную версию - из темного кирпича под старину, чтобы на ранний старт зашло)

Про первую версию я бы не сказал что она была прям читерская, но по соотнешению цены и производительности и правда была слишком хороша и выбивалась из череды подобных модов - иными словами небыло смысла строить другие станции. Но вот поправил и хорошо, так оно лучше в угоду баланса)
