舰娘mod要ce,然后舰娘mod材料要打这个mod的怪，结果这mod的怪ce射不出来:( 。舰炮mod修一下把BaseBullet 后面加个CE就行但是这mod我照着评论区的前辈来修不了就很淦。

Question, is it normal, that on gamestart no siren settlement is being generated and they are not in the faction list in the settlement placement menu, even with only the rim lane mods and its requirements active?

For people experiencing Siren being unable to shoot or having InvalidCastException :
Download the mod locally and change all BaseBullet to BaseBulletCE in the projectiles' XML.
