changes the knife back to its unbalanced pre-tls form

now with new thirdperson animations

only works on local servers where the host has this mod

yes this will work server side and other players with see the animations on their end to

THANK you. This made my local games much less of a pain whenever I got the opportunity to use the knife, and now it's back fully in all it's official glory!
