TTT Credit Printer for Custom Roles

Traitor weapon that spawns a printer that prints credits. Beware that it does make noise that innocents can hear

Added custom roles support

Convars:

ttt_printer_maxcred (Default 3): Defines amount of Printed credits.
ttt_printer_printduration (Default 35): Defines Print duration.
ttt_printer_hehehesound (Default 1): Play 'hehehe' sound alongside usual credit printing noise.
