Summary
My rework for Sparks. Do not use with my WOTC Spark Buffs Mod or Mectronic Warfare as they conflict. This mod reworks the spark similar to Mectronic Warfare however the Sparks feel more like the Vanilla versions. I reworked and improve various spark abilities instead of removing them. You can see the ability tweaks and new abilities in the discussion tab.

Overview
1. Changes the Sparks build time and cost to Build. Sparks no longer require Elerium Core to build, but instead use a new buildable item called power cores. You can modify the Spark build costs via Config files. These power cores can also be used to build New Gear for Sparks.
2. Reduced the Cost of the Spark Armor and Weapon Upgrades to be around the same price range as the WOTC hero classes. You can modify the costs via Config files.
3. 6 new Items meant for Sparks.
4. You can build Sparks by using Mec wrecks. Building a spark this way is cheaper then building a spark from scratch.
5. Sparks gain an Ammo Slot and a Utility Slot. Both of these can be disabled if you do not want them.
6. the Sparks default rifle Weapon has 4 ammo now instead of three to make them slightly different from the Cannon.
7. Spark guns and armor can be affected by breakthroughs.
8. Sparks can have bonds with other sparks or soldiers.
9. Sparks can gain and use Ability points, however the do not get Random AWC perks.
10. Sparks have 4 Ability Trees now. Future Combat, War Machine, Metal Defender, and misc upgrades. These also include many new perks.
11. Spark Bits have been buffed. They have a greater Hack Bonus now. This bonus can be modified by the Config Files.
12. Sparks have a better base aim stats, and 10 Dodge.
13. Sparks can use PCS Chips.
14. Sparks only gain abilities from leveling up no stats. Instead you can complete proving grounds projects to improve the power of sparks. Spark gain AP, and can spend it to unlock additional abilities.
15. You can rebuild destroyed sparks and build sparks at higher ranks once andromedon research has been completed.

@留默 I have attempted to fix the issue for you. If the latest update does not work their may be another mod causing a conflict.

Thanks for the great model, all works fine except one tiny issue.
The game crashes to desktop while trying to build the improved SPARK. To be more specific, when building sparks at higher ranks and it is about to finished in the workshop.

Can this mod work with just WotC installed? or do I need more DLC's?
