Glitch Lights Full Bright

This mod requires Futara's Full Bright Shader mod for you to see the effects.

Makes the lights on a Glitch's head and chasis glow in the dark by replacing the html colors with one that has just the right transparency level to be detected by the Full Bright mod. Also edits the sprite of the Baron since he doesn't get color changes assigned like normal npcs, his colors are a part of his unique sprite.
Like any other mod that effects the colors of species, pre-existing characters and npcs will not have these changed values. This also means additional light colors added by mods will not be effected, this only touches the lights available in the base game.
By the logic of any other mod that expands or edits the colors of species, this is multiplayer compatible. Whether anyone else sees the effects or not depends on if they have Futara's Full Bright Shader.

If you wish to add this effect to any other mods that expands the lights for Glitches, or your very own custom color you made. Here's how.
When looking at a html color value, add "fe" to the end of it. It'll stay the exact same color but have the necessary transparency needed to glow with the Full Bright mod. For example, if we take "cbcbcb" and add "fe" we'll get "cbcbcbfe".
