This re-skin is based on Toby The Tram Engine as he appears in the illustrations of the Railway Series story "Double Header". Said story is in RWS book No. 12 "The Eight Famous Engines". The book was first published in 1957, and is one of the few RWS books that I actually own.

Double Header was later adapted for television, appearing on the small screen as an episode of Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends. Said episode was Season 3, Episode 3 "Time For Trouble".

I wasn't able to put on a face or the number 7 due to limitations in the re-skin template.
