Описание
Not Created Equal, but this time for the opposing forces.

Original idea borrowed with permission from Unique Stats for All Units [WOTC] by Alex Nares.

The biggest issue with that mod is that it's implemented as a ginormous config edit which makes it practically unchangeable. So for the sake of my own sanity, I made my own version that does similar stat adjustments but they are done dynamically from code.
All of the stat changes are configurable so you can set it up just as you like it.

Configuration
The configuration of this mod is split into 2 separate files.
XComANCE.ini contains which stats and to what degree they should be randomized.
XComANCE_units.ini contains a whitelist of units that should have their stats randomized.

With the default configuration enemies lose/gain up to:
+-20% of their original Aim.
+-25% of their original HP.
+-15% of their original Mobility.
+-10 Defense.
+-10 Dodge.

By default this mod affects all* base game enemies, and in addition ABA and ABA:DLC enemies.
This should also work with any other modded enemies just by adding them to the whitelist in XComANCE_units.ini.

*the more exotic enemies were not tested and as such are left disabled by default.

Technical stuff
This mod uses only vanilla functionality to randomize the stats by patching enemy unit templates to include random stat distributions. As far as I'm aware, the only base game unit to utilize this functionality is the xcom rookie which gets its random will this way. As this mod patches the complete templates any changes done by mods to the initial unit configs are preserved, and this mod will use those adjusted values as the base from where to adjust further. Any existing random stat distributions (I'm not aware of any mods that do this) will be ignored and replaced with new ones generated by this mod.

There is no second wave option. if you have the mod installed it will do its thing

Amm is there any problem with the mod? i stopped playing this game because of 40K warhammer Chaos Gate, when i return to XCOM 2 i can't see anywhere in the secondwave options this mod to activate, HELP :(

Stukov i downloaded the unit promotions and watched ini files.. sadly i have MANY Enemy Mods installed and these are not affected... and i dont know if it is supported to include aliens as well.. :)

for weapon (damage) randomization you need another mod. I use Unit Promotions as a base and hand out Mass Effect Weapons somewhat randomly

I believe eStat_shieldHP works.
Damage is tied to the weapons and abilities which this mod does not touch, so no.
