Chapter Overhaul: Lambda Core

Opis
This mod REQUIRES Black Mesa Character Expansion. Otherwise, it won't work properly! Please make sure it's properly installed first!

Formerly the Lambda Core Staff Overhaul, this mod features several quality-of-life improvements to the chapter Lambda Core.

    FEATURES:
      •New Staff Types - Full intergration with Black Mesa Character Expansion in order to add variety to the Black Mesa staff - living, dead, or otherwise.
      •Restored VOX Announcements - Inspired by unimplemented announcements from the original Half-Life, these can be heard at certain points throughout the chapter!
      •Various Fixes and Rebalances - Several alterations to the levels themselves are featued in this mod, including fixes for props with missing collisions/faces, refractive moving water for the pump stations, and rebalanced supply placements.

Note that this mod does not alter the last two maps of the chapter and therefore is FULLY COMPATIBLE with such mods as Lambda Core Map H Overhaul and Shephard in Lambda Core!



Thanks to Citizen for the original scripting for the VOX announcements and for getting them updated for 1.0!

i identified the problem. when the map (bm_c3a2b) loads for the first time, a warning is printed to the console that 3 ragdolls using right_leg.mdl, right_arm.mdl, and left_arm.mdl are missing their "vcollide data". if you try and make a save on this level, it will not load. the only solution is to play through this level on your first try without reloading. this might be hard for some players since theres a big faceoff with several alien grunts and vortiguants here. however, i found that typing "ent_remove_all prop_ragdoll" removes the corrupted models and allows the level to be saved and loaded.

so on the map where youre let into the lambda complex, there were 2 error models despite me having every bmce fully installed and configured. when i tried restarting my game, the map wouldnt load at all anymore. whats going on?

its because the required is a dummy and a link to the google drive mod which is the real npc expansion. the errors is because you dont have the module.

There is a error success in the ambush point while I have the character expansion mod installed.
