Tidmouth Milk Tanker

(This wagon is based on the 4-wheel tankers seen in Thomas The Tank Engine).

(I'm slowly running out of ideas for liveries. So if you have any, please leave them in the comments. However, if you do not ASK for a livery, and instead say something like "make Duck from Thomas and Friends", then I will not honour your request. This is because I hate getting the impression that someone is TELLING me to do something that I may not want to do).

The Tidmouth Milk Tankers are used only on the Isle of Sodor. They transport cows' milk from local farms to the dairy factory at Elsbridge, which is also the starting point for the Ffarquhar branch, otherwise known as Thomas' branch line.

The way it normally works is that each morning, a J70 tram named Toby collects a milk tanker from the dairy on his way to Anopha Quarry. Upon arrival at Ffarquhar, Toby leaves the tanker in the yard, and Thomas takes it back to the junction on his first train of the day. Sometimes Daisy the Diesel Railcar also pulls the milk tanker, though she originally refused to take it, and Toby often had to make 'special journeys' with it.

When I was gathering photographs to use as reference material, I found out that Lionel Trains made a bogie version of the Tidmouth Milk Tanker as part of their Thomas range. The double lettering on my version is specifically based on the Lionel model.

(The Percy replica seen in the promo screenshots was made by me. I'm trying to avoid making Thomas locomotives nowadays, simply because I don't find it interesting anymore).
