Normally, to figure out what ammo a soldier has, you'd have to hover over the weapon icon to see what ammo type is equipped.

With this mod, if a soldier has an ammo utility equipped, the ammo bar in the Tactical HUD, under the weapon icon, will be colored. No more hovering over the weapon and trying to figure out what ammo type the soldier has equipped!

Here's the list of colors in hexidecimal notation sorted by ammo type:
  • AP Rounds: Grey [#A3A3A3]
  • Dragon Rounds: Red [#A30000]javascript:ValidateForm()
  • Tracer Rounds: Yellow [#D8E300]
  • Talon Rounds: Orange [#C25A00]
  • Venom Rounds: Lime-Green [#50B300]
  • Bluescreen Rounds: Blue [#006BBD]

Q: Is it safe to add this mod in the middle of a campaign?

A: Yes! You can add it mid campaign with little to no issues. It's a UI mod.

Automatically it works with any vanilla game ammo

Mod-added ammo must be added in manually - check the discussions, someone might have wrote it out already for you to just copy/paste in

hi, is there any way to add Viper ammo and Inferno ammo from flame viper - wotch?
aaandd, Black ICE Rounds from Black ICE Codex - wotc?

I fiddled with it, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't add Viper and Inferno ammos.

@zion6 LW does have -some- of the Cut Content Ammo, but Cut Content has changes applied to the overlapping ammo. The added ammo (as far as I can tell) is the AcidRounds and RiotRounds as unique to it.

This mod still displays Templar's gauntlet's as permanently having no ammo. A really nice QOL mod otherwise.
