This mod is rather small compared to my other leader mods, as the planet governing can't do anything without planet modifiers.

1 vanilla event was edited from:
gray_goo_events.txt

Not Achievement compatible.

What does it do?
  • Every leader has a new skill trait - Directions.

  • Direction represents your leader's prefer when governing planet - Providing jobs and boost the related job efficiency.
    the more skill levels they have, the more levels of their Direction goes up - further increase the efficiency of it.

I see that the governor skill menu is disabled in 4.1.0 again, I miss it a lot! How can it be fixed?

The secondary characteristic disappeared several days ago and, in spite of removing and resubbing to the mod, those characteristics for all the leaders are now missing. Any idea of what happened and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

The Translucer direction adds 1 job every 0 pop. now I have 800k empty translucer job

One of the directions adds researcher jobs which no longer exist causing a weird non job to spawn.

Governor directions, e.g. Researcher (+3% Reserch Speed) and Healthcare (+10 Growth), only seem to work if its the governor from the sector capital that has them chosen. Is that intended? IMHO it removes some of the roleplaying for the other governors

One of the Official skills is to add +1 Angler no matter the planet type. A great idea, except it adds it through a modifier with a 100 day cooldown. Doesn't this lag later on, when multiple planets are refreshing the modifier?
