This is the remake of my very first mod - Raid Empire Resource V1.4.
And it's already removed from my mod.
-----------
Why does this mod appear?

Ever noticed you can capture your enemy's planet, but can never take away their resources?
Well, this is why this mod appears.
With this mod, you can finally become space Vikings, and raid anyone you don't like!
-----------
How to raid my enemies?

Every Empire will have one new policy - Raid Planet Measure. To decide whether to raid the planet once the armies' invasion is successful.
There are 4 measures available:
  • Normal - The basic one, can raid resources from enemy planet you invaded.
    Everyone can use this measure.

  • Ruthless - Same as Normal, will kill pop in the process.
Will cause maybe lots of people die.
Only available for Militarist, Xenophobe, and Gestalt Consciousness.
Genocide Empires gain more resource from this.
Other Empire among you might think you are horrible.

  • Honor - For those who want to gain more unity through fience battles of ground.
Only available for Militarist, not available for Xenophobe.
    Won't raid hostile planet's resources.

  • Outlawed - Nuff said, no raid when invading planet at all.
Once Galactic Community is established, 4 Resolutions also available to use:
  • Zero Raid Policy - Suitable for those dislikes raiding and want to focus on the internal economy growing.

  • Minimal Snatches - Makes the resources gained from raid cut to half.

  • Barbarous Plunder - Double the income from raiding and makes those who can't suffer.

  • Honor Before Reason - Triple the effect of Honor raid, and whoever cannot fulfill it shall taste the wrath.
---
The amount of resource you can gain from Enemies depend on their Planet's Population, and its Development.
Nihilistic Acquisition & Barbaric Despoilers can raid even more.

is there a way we can steal trade value as well? With the new trade changes having to manually make trade to upkeep my ships sucks and the market if you are a pirate or evil empire. Maybe have it where the manual trade is just enough for upkeep but the attacking other empires for trade is where your bread and butter is.

No changes to nihilistic acquisition.

does this mod buff nihilistic acquisition? meaning pop abduction should happen more frequently as of right now vanilla NA is slow and unsatisfying in 3.9.

It would appear this mod has a pop-up alert for every time a homeworld/capital planet is siezed... for any faction regardless of their relationship to you?

As a result, in the event a capital falls relatively early in a conflict, the capital is then moved to another planet, which is of course then also conquered and so forth. Leading to a annoying cascade of alerts when a very weak power, such as an AI rebellion, is being obliterated by the stronger power.

I'd recommend removing this feature, or otherwise have it be toggleable via a Edict. It could also be a soft alert without the popup screen.

Am I correct in thinking this is adding an alert EVERY time a planet in the galaxy is invaded?

"XYZ has Fallen" and response "They didn't stand a chance?"

@Orionox
This mod does still have a lot of potential for growth.
