We trust you will feel welcome and enjoy what we offer. Finest sake in town, I guarantee it."


*A grim voice is heard from the shady end of the bar:"More sake, Mitsue! Now!..."

"...R-right away, S-sir!..." Mitsue responds before turning to face you and continuing:



"Please do not approach the Ronin in the back however. They like their privacy, lest you brought enough coin to hire their services.
They are men of violence and lethal skill. Some more honorable... than others. But perhaps you are one to seek such traits within a warrior. Even one that has lost his master... or been exiled for darker reasons..."


*The innkeeper walks away frightened, leaving you to your business*


*A ronin looks at you and gives you a hand gesture to come closer... it seems your pursuit of mercenaries is about to be answered... or that you're about to be in for more than you can handle*

Welcome fellas and fellarettes to my latest mod. The Ronin. Actual ronin. No misrepresented uniforms or lacking fantasy stuff. You're getting your famous darker, on occasion, samurai duelists and mercenaries here like my images portray. As you know, I dont clickbait.

The unit consists of 100 strong former samurai warriors. They are smaller in size than katana samurai but stronger than them, albeit not to OP extends, naturally. They will die versus heroes but properly murder anyone else in a 1v1, assuming its a fair fight. These men are veterans of many battles and skilled duelists. So their worth is notable.

They are very high in armor variety, face variety, using all head models I've managed to find, almost, and use the iconic strawhats for a more mysterious look, whilst of course having the option to be helmetless. Variation ftw.

They have standard armor equal to the ninja hero, but higher melee damage than standard katana infatry and higher melee defence as well. No armor piercing or anti-cav benefits however. Just a smaller in scale, stronger katana samurai unit with more active abilities, cooler outfits and you can have as many of them as you wish, assuming you can pay.

They are recruitable from the 4 variants of the Sake Den... because these men like their shady corners of town as many, not all, live in dishonor and mercenary services tend to include dirty work.
