Aegeis TOONS & Toonworld Assets

Description
These are the source files for the Tongass Toon Race and Toonworld assets. This is not playable on its own and requires the use of the Aegeis All In One Pack to fully utilize until other modders also make use of this asset pack.

Permission is granted to use my race as long as credit is noted!

resync issue is resolved, if you are getting resyncs while playing vs the Toon AI, it's because someone you are playing with has not fully updated some portion of the mod. Ensure all asset packs are always updated. The STEAM Workshop sometimes will not be aware that certain asset packs were updated. It's a problem with the Workshop.

Planning on reuploading the textures for the Toon assets. Currently they are 4k textures, I'm going to reupload them as 2k textures.
