Sorry, forgot to update. it seems to be fixed now. After they added it to the server's mod pack the bug didn't happen anymore. When I went to replicate it that is when I discovered it wasn't happening anymore. So must have been it not being all the mod packs that was causing it.

We did find out the server didn't have the pack added, they fixed that. I will though replicate the storage thing and post a log. Oh and we are using your mega pack, I just posted here because it involved an item in this specific one in it and I thought it would be better to mention it here.

"On a crew member it is invisible and also is on me to any players in multiplayer." Do all players and the server have this mod? They need it to see and use the items.

I have an issue with the angel outfit. I love it and was using it on my angel character but it has started having weird issues. On a crew member it is invisible and also is on me to any players in multiplayer. Also if I put it in storage it turns into a PGI. I really want to keep using it as I was using it(with angel wings) on the crew member I have who has my mother's name as she is an angel herself now.Could you look into it and see what might be going on with it please?
