ABOUT
This is a part of the Better Ships mod collection.
Makes several changes to the Elithian Races ship, complemented by the Better Ships - Elithian Walls mod.

CHANGES
- REMADE COCKPITS: Tweaks the cockpits to better fit the rest of the ship.
- WINDOWS ANYWHERE: Removes the backdrop from the ships, allowing you to see through and create windows anywhere.
- REMOVABLE WALLS: All vertical separating walls are made removable (and with the Walls mod, craftable), so that you can refit the interior of the ship to your liking.
- REMOVABLE OBJECTS: Ship lockers, SAIL consoles, ship consoles, and fuel hatches are all removable (and with the Walls mod, craftable).
- SMOOTHER DOORS: Gives a smoother door and hatch animations (3 intermediate frames, vs. 1).

REQUIRED MODS
Better Ships - Things : Has objects that are used in the mod.
Better Ships - Walls : Prerequisite to Better Ships - Elithian Walls.
Better Ships - Elithian Walls : Has the Aegi/Avikan/Trink hull parts and objects used in this mod.
Elithian Races : Has... well, the Elithian Races.
Elithian Ship Backgrounds : Adds background materials to the Aegi/Avikan/Trink ships.

Also the Aegi cockpit does not have anything changed.

How do I fix the hole that is in the Aegi Eagle ship? The one and the bottom left I cant get rid of the hole as no blocks can cover it fully.

I picked Avikan and started the game from the beginning, the ship had only a cockpit and warp device.
The background is transparent, no storage and no SAIL and other.
If you are still interested in this mod, I'm glad you fix this problem.

there gone, can walk through where they were. and its the alliance blast doors and automated doors that vanish

Shoot. Can you tell me if the doors are actually gone, or are they invisible? Which doors do the embassy use? As for the avikan door, gonna look into it.

the current version seems to remove most of the doors at the creon embassy and sets the avikan ship door in/on top of the captains chair

Resetting the ship should fix it, but if the only issue is some invisible blocks, a more practical solution might be to use this mod .

I actually understand what you are on about, will be fun, though I don't modify the ship layout too much beyond what is there as I don't feel the need for it, but I can see where it pays off.
