And here we have the second of the two Scottish twins. See my Donald reskin for information about these two.

Douglas has appeared in two of Frantic's videos. In the first video, Frantic gives Douglas the wrong tender (Douglas is number 10. Donald is number 9). Later in the video, the NWR's No. 10 ends up going missing.
