Missed opportunity to call it "Time Juice" like the stuff from the TV Show, Milo Murphy's Law... which was said to make extremely accurate clocks and later on make time travel possible.

it even says I unlocked the crafting recipe for the stims, but I'm not finding those anywhere.

Can't find the crafting recipes, so far the only thing I could do was make the Liquid Time, since that only involves mixing fluids outside of crafting.

What if you integrated this with your Time Gun mod somehow? I think both concepts have the potential play into each other nicely.
Maybe you could make the liquid time stims alter the Time Gun's clock by an hour, so you can use it to tune your weapon a bit on the go? Perhaps the time on the 'weird clock' could match that of the Time Gun? Just some ideas
