Racial Drones

This mod adds custom, handmade drones that can be used as pets by your character! This mod currently adds seven drones. All have the same DPS, but slightly different ways of delivering that damage.

• For the Novakid, a rugged, plasmaslinging drone branded with the Novakid Omega. This shoots an explosive plasma round, good for one or two enemies, but poor at croud control and cramped spaces.
  
  
• For the Floran, a bonesmith-crafted drone that spews fire. This is best against multiple enemies, but struggles to keep up with one to one combat.
  
  
• For the Hylotl, a pressurized drone that uses its drill to puncture through enemies. This melee-based drone is better for close quarters, but struggles with flying opponents.
  
  
• For Humans, a U.S.C.M. drone built to shoot four missiles at a time. The scattered shot is most effective at taking down flying opponents and small groups, but poor at tracking single enemies.
  
  
• For the Avian, a drone powered by a massive Avolite crystal. It shoots a fastmoving sniper beam. Like the Novadrone, it struggles with close quarters combat.
  
  
• For the Glitch, a small robotic dragon. It shoots a ball of fire that explodes on impact. It has a slightly different AI than the other drones because of its inability to float.
  
  
• Finally, for the Apex, a liberated Mini Drone! This shoots out an EMP to damage swathes of enemies at extremely close range.

All try to shoot your enemies in a fight, but if they get too close they'll buzz around to try to get your enemy's attention and stop them from attacking you. As of 0.3 of this mod, they can be built in the Pet Station! As you are their creator, you won't need to fight them before you capture them, and thanks to Manic Ryker and Hubnester, they won't try to melt your face as soon as you spawn them in!
