No, it doesn't have an equivalent that can be used in conjunction with BI VA or ACE Arsenal to make sure you gave the correct stuff into the correct uniform/vest/backpack without having to boot up the mission, something the 'Equipment Storage Editor' and 'Vehicle Inventory Manager' can't do.
Its also still a maintained mod, and well documented.
A must have for mission builders.
