Descripción
The top nine floors of the building, plus the LED tower! Wear warm socks, you'll be in the frostbite zone the entire time you're building this section.

Part 1, the Base and Part 2, the Middle are also available.

Build Notes

Only 10,000 blocks to go! About 4,500 smooth sandstone, 3,255 bedrock wall, about 1,500 windows, and 49 LED blocks, plus stairs, lighting, and so on.

Installation Notes

The Part 3 cornerstone belongs on a stone block off the top edge of the middle, plant it there and rotate into place.

I am building this and it's other parts in Central City (Jojotopia, touchstone The Flash). I'll have to let you know when its done. Its HUGE.
