Description
Open interior features sunken atrium with fountain, wildwood tree, and cafe. Open roof lets in the light! Dramatic main entrance features obsidian, glass, and stark beams of light both inside and out. Exterior modeled after the 1st National Bank in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Part 2, the Middle and Part 3, the Top are also available. The three story fountain in the atrium is available as a separate print.

Build Notes

This blueprint lists at just over 25,000 blocks, but about 4,000 of those are dirt and stone blocks under the foundation. The wildwood trees in the atrium use around 1,000 wood and 4,200 leaf blocks. The wall blocks are smooth sandstone, floors made with bedrock wall. You'll need more than 5,000 of each of those, and more than 2,500 windows.

Under the main entrance lobby is where I built my teleporter hall, storage and processing areas, and a quarry for bedrock and obsidian. This part is not detailed in the blueprint. (I found it very useful to have teleporters set up straight to the canyon lands and back, as well as several for quick trips up and down the building.)

Installation Notes

The building cornerstone is off the obsidian entry on the narrow side. The base of the building is 61x43 blocks so it fits in one claim. Plant this cornerstone just inside your claim boundary and the building will fit just fine. (The building includes some 1-block deep details on the outside, so do not place the base right up against a claim boundary if you have trouble with your neighbors. Make sure each side is at least one block in from the edge of your claim.) Because of the sunken atrium, you should dig down four blocks from ground level to plant the cornerstone, then the entrance will be even with the ground.

Inside the entrance, there's a switch, it connects to the lights on the first four floors in the original build. The death statues are optional, but I include all the death statues from each project in the decor. Please be careful working at heights!

The upper balcony area includes one stone block off the side, this is the location for placement of the Part 2 cornerstone. Once you have Part 2 built, remove that stone block from the build.

Oh yes, the wildwood flowers Pigsyhunter and I felt were a needed touch and worth the extra work. It added some wonderful ambiance to the bank that no other flower or leaf tile could do :D Glad you enjoyed it, and ya, pigsyhunter managed to get the sign blinking realllly nice.

Really like the build! Love that you added logic to make the sign blink properly, and I can't believe you did the whole wildwood tree in flowers. Took some tourist pics:

I'm 10k -15k from finishing the final 3rd piece of this blueprint. Replaced the bedrock wall for opulent marble and its been tedious. Have 4 players working together on this, pooling materials and time.
