Request for new Mod

Not sure this is even possible as I Honestly know nothing about mods and how to do them.
But I would like to see a Death March++ version. I love this game alot but lets be honest. on death march the game is a walk in the park. Even New Game + death march and Enemy scaling the game still needs to be more difficult. Plus it would be nice to be able to do a play through on the game on a New Game + where monsters are a challenge while level 100 and top tier builds.

I like the idea of a level 100, top tier build play through.

No need to worry about collecting... anything, because you have unlocked it all already. You have your build dialed in with your favourite runewords, abilities and mutagens.

So now you are a completely over powered badass...

What would you change to make the game more challenging and how would you change it? Would you buff monsters or nerf Geralt?
