ANYWAYS, I realized that some of the chests weren't locked, so you may want to get that fixed.
P.S. While in-game press ~ to bring up a command prompt. click a chest then type "Lock 100" without the ". It locks the chest to the hardest it can be, but it you do "Lock 1" It'll do the easiest. 101+ is key required. Dunno about negative numbers, but I'd save before trying.

They are al Master level, ss417, u dont need to be master level to try opening a master lock, it will be hard, but gain a lot of experience even failing.

do they all of to be master?
