Then this one is the "old" big boy and that isn't even available anymore.... please re-do with the UP Big Boy so that the rest of us can enjoy......

gbach55, probably one of two reasons:
1. the scenario requirres the OLD big boy and you have the newer one
or
2. the scenario requires the NEW big boy and you have the old one.
i have an identical problem with the "black sunday" scenarios, i can't play them because i have the new big boy and the scenario requires the old railworks big boy.

I have both the Portland Terminal DLC and the Big Boy DLC..... why do I get "Can't load Big Boy Tender, Big Boy 4-8-8-4 and Big Boy Front....... ??????????????

blackhawk0221, mak sure you inject more water into the boiler, that number of gallons is jsut in the tender, click on the picture to inject more water.

Twice now says I ran out of water! Last time with 14,899 gallons in the tender! What gives with this error; will NOT allow me to finish the scenario!

The total of 25 big boys were built, all were scrapped, except for 8.

There have been some problems like this for some, hopefully it will be fixed before long. Try clearing your cashe file though the settings menu, and having steam verify the files.

it says i don't hv the big boy when the store says i do. i bought it with the challenger twin pack.
