because the original mod is for the carbine, and m4/mk18 has no modkit

Do you mind me asking why you decided to make this for the m1a1 isntead of the m4a1 or mk18? is it so that you could have the 20 and round mags for it?

no this is a replacement for the m1 carbine, it doesnt fire in full auto (unless you're using a macro that is)

You'll have to aim from a higher position if an optic is attached vs using irons, so idk.
