I actually found two naked zombies in a room once with clothes on the floor. You can guess what their last actions before death were.

Good mod and I have no idea why anyone would have downvoted this wtf? Wardrobe disrepair is a staple in zombie movies going all the way back to Night of the Living Dead

makes sense because the first wave of infected would probably be victims ambushed in the bathroom or bedroom, or otherwise caught without clothes. The book World War Z captures this theory for anyone who remembers that read it.

They get clothes when they die because zombies don't actually have any loot on them until they die. You really think that every zombie would have a shirt on?

Why? They walk around with no clothes but magically have them on them when you finish them off, there is absolutely no point for this mod... in fact it doesnt even make sense.
