@Hierarchy Artanis: YnAEMP support seems outdated. Tried on 2 Earth maps, started in Spain both times. (I'm using YnAEMP v. 24.)

Since elegantiae means 'of elegance', the UU is actually Arbtiter of of Elegance'. Sshould be Arbiter Elegantiae or Arbiter of Elegance.)

Because its XML name is PUBLIC_BATH_HISTORIAE, You can use both.

If you ever want to edit this mod consider changing the name of Public Bath, as another mod I use already has this name.

Then again, does it matter, can I use both?
