It does, but it isn't completely researched. You have to use the edge version if you want to have everything researched quickly.

Hey, the game is out of early access, can you update this to make sure it is compatible? I've looked, but I don't think I found a mod that does something similar today...Thank you!

YOU ARE A G ABSOLUTELY AMAZING because when I got everything researched and I bought a new bit of land the game crashed and deleted every single save in my game folder

You need to go to the menu then "Airport Sharing", then you can load the map. If you do not see that, you need to wait for the update of SimAirport or opt-in for beta updates.
