If you have any active soldiers using this voice, please go to soldier customization menu and reassign the voice anew. The new name is 'Dirty Bomb- Turtle'. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The mod is updated. Now includes radio effect.

@Mac: I believe that hat is from Jsleezy's repurposed gear mod, the "Cadet hat"

Amazing voice! Unfortunately, it doesn't have a radio filter. Speaking of immersion this is the only thing that breaks it. Nevertheless, thank you!
