@Lewis || sometimes the creative world your'e on can effect some things being created, try building it on another world with no mods but the ones needed to build this ^ and then if i spawns go back to that one and try spawning it. If it doesn't spawn in in that other world try until it does if not repeat the process (it worked for me)

i think you have listed the mods wrong because it wont let me build it

something is wrong i installed all the mods but it still says failed to shape did u add a block from a mod that you didnt link or something
