You should be able to open the gate door (Inside. Maybe Master Lock) and steal the ingots but the cages are master locked. Master locks for days. Add this please

i know what happened. another mod had an npc sitting at the spot i needed to sit at, thus rendering the quest null and void. is there any way to reset the quest?

I like the simple quest at the beginning, but why is the dude a midget? He clips through chairs when he's sitting.

I got behind the dude! (using cheats) open console ( ` ) and type tcl (make sure nothing is selected) then go behind martigan. select martgan and type kill
he wont be able to see you
then click the cage door and type unlock
Your done!

just spawn his chest if you cant find him
press ` (button under esc) then type help martigan then look for the mad martigan's chest look for the 0034g6f or whatever it is code then type player.placeatme (code) 1 then there ya go

i subscribed tou about 8 mods, including his one and the dont show up? i downloaded somthing called the cheaters ring,Master:time and space, and a few others. but when i went to were to obtain the cheaters ring, it wasnt there????? am i supposed to do somthin else?

Sat at the bar, waited for the dude, got no key, the quest disappeared.
I feel ripped off... :p

But yea, I sit at the bar and the NPC do not appear, the quest have reset and I wonder if it is really worth backing to the last manual save.

It did work for my previous character.

forgot to mention this last time i posted, but could you make willows note a non-quest item once you complete the quest if possible? theres already that many items that suffer this issue that the less introduced by mods the better
