@LordBUM, Weight does not affect rotors very much in SE. Unless you are making something ridiculously massive I wouldn't worry about weight. The problem is either coming from collision mesh or an extra inertial tensor. If collision mesh is an issue, raise your azimuth rotor so it doesn't rub the turret on the hull. If you are doing a double azimuth rotor set up, only ONE tensor needs to be active. Having more will cause rotation problems.

i have a question. i recently built a tank but the turret is difficult to turn is it possible that my turret may be too heavy or do i have to redo the Azimuth rotor

Good news, keen has finally fixed the rotor bug so this build is up and running once more. :)

It's a shame that this tank is broken as it is a really cool looking one for vanilla. I just hope that you are able to get this working again.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Update 1.183.1 has created a bug where rotors will increase their height displacement every time an item is copy and pasted. I am unable to fix such a bug and as such this build will be listed as BROKEN until Keen fixes this bug. I’m terribly sorry everyone, but there is nothing I can do :(

Temporary Fix: The only way to spawn in this tank currently without it breaking is to disable destructible blocks and manual resetting the elevation rotor to -11cm. If you use this fix, do not copy and paste the tank as the new tank will be spawned in with a broken elevation and explode.

@Joachim_Berger The last update messed with my rotor settings, I am in the process of fix it so just wait a bit and I will update the build so that the turret won't break anymore.

What can I do to keep the turret from breaking immediately upon rotation?

@bluesniper507 You simply put two wheel suspension blocks next ot each other. That's really all it takes.

Could someone tell me how to clip the wheels together to make a treads like in the picture? All the new tanks coming out use it.
