@Tofusquare, I haven't tested that myself - though I think it may work...
I have found that if two ships are connected (with connectors) and both have programming blocks with the same script running, the LCD has some issues (flickers oddly), I think it is because both programming blocks seem to want to update the same LCDs and they are slightly out of sync. I suggest heading over to the script author's page and asking there. Link is included in the description above.

Would be cool if the script that shows ships diagnostics could be used to view the layout of other ships.
