@tobi_tobi - You have asked, and I have obliged. One thing about the items, however, is that the items_game.txt specifies whether or not to hide the hands of the Heavy during gameplay. itemtest has been buggier than usual lately and won't do it anymore, but I assure you if it gets in the game, the clipping issue with his hands won't be present.

What's the concept of the design?

I've actually submitted it to the Night of the Living Update 2 as a reskin for the Fists of Steel, so if you look out for that, you might be able to get 'em!
