Have you thought about uploading the engineering suit or just the version of it from the first game?

Without rig though

Are you going to include rigs someday? I tried using Auto Rigger seems it likes to crash when attempting to rig it. Pretty much a bust

Do you think you could do a model of NPC Engineers and Soldiers Encountered in DS1?

They're great, I love it, WIP for em in my artwork even tho I hav a criticism that it's kind of hard to work without the rig but still I can endure, keep it up, love seeing more of these underrated models from DS.

It doesn' have any IK_rigs as its using a custom skeleton extracted from Dead Space 2
Mr.Oakby 29 JUN 2017 a las 15:54
Oh no. I meant "what IK_Rig."
_MaZ_TeR_  [autor] 29 JUN 2017 a las 13:47
If you mean what upgrades, it has all as bodygroups, but the textures are unmodified so they use the texture that the engine of DS2 uses to convert them to blue and other shades of color,
Mr.Oakby 29 JUN 2017 a las 13:21
Amazing, as always Maz! What rig does this use, btw?
_MaZ_TeR_  [autor] 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:29
Perhaps
iNocturne 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:27
ok cool maybe you could get it to be more high quality ;)

The EarthGov soldier is already available in GMOD, but I'll see if I port that model directly from the game files to here.
iNocturne 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:18
oh if it is really bad then i understand , is it possible to get the military enemies in Dead Space 2 like in the military sector level?
_MaZ_TeR_  [autor] 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:14
I tried porting the bridge from the first game over to Killing Floor 2 and just getting the first layer of the bridge (not including the lower parts) took me almost a week to get ripped and then having to sort out duplicate models and some camera, lighting and graphical astehtic models that are usable only on the game's engine. And then finally I ran to the problem that I couldn't figure out how to port it to Unreal Engine so I just scrapped that project for the time being.

Getting maps to Source would be a lot easier but still, the ripping part takes an age. Especially having to assemble the proper textures.

Have to see but it's not in the priority list. The script I use to extract these models is pretty poorly done which means is that it can extract almost anything, but meshes that belong to maps have broken UVs. However, props can be extracted just fine. I would post some maps here as well if the script could port them and I wouldn't have to rip them from the game which takes ages.

Not trying to ask to much out off you because i know it is hard , but could you do a asset package?
_MaZ_TeR_  [autor] 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:01
Yes it is.
iNocturne 28 JUN 2017 a las 10:00
Maz is it possible to get props or assets like from the maps?
Mio De Noché 28 JUN 2017 a las 8:43
