No, it’s not a player model. They are cosmetic items to be bonemerged to a Pyro ragdoll.

I know what the problem is. However I spent four days in a row trying to get the workshop addon to pop up in the workshopper.

See, the thing is with the workshopper, there is no way to actually browse, it gives you 18 addons, and if it didn't choose the addon you wanted to update, you have to close it, then open it again.
