My only issue so far is that I can save the game however I cannot save & exit, I am only able to abort the mission which will lose my save. I would love to be able to save & exit and continue playing at a later stage. Can anything be done about this? Perhaps I was meant to set it up on a multiplayer server?

I just played this side missione "sabotage power plant" and you dont need explosives, you must to kill all enemys near the power plant and come close to it and just press "sabotage" and this side mission will be finished. If you destroy it from distance the side mission will not be finished. If that happened just go to base end select another side mission, previosuly will be deleted.

If the main mission "Liberate the island" is to hard restart it and in main menu after base placement choose your soldiers training to be on veteran or comando level, enemy level on rookie, enemy commanding points on zero and yours on maximum... of course try to make 2 enemy zones and before liberate the island and go to main enemy zones try to do some side missions to aquire more CP's so you can recruit more soldiers and more support. I have a sabotage powerplant side mission, I attempted to just nick it off from range with a rocket launcher, now the power supply has been destroyed (despawned) and I can't complete the mission, any tips?

Download from this page (Change Notes Wiew) from dropbox and then unpbo. After that you can edit sqm files with Notepad or other program. Of course you must to know some scripting. Cheers.

Yes it is, but not "just" becauses it's modified and reworked to work on Tanoa and Malden with some big and small changes. I played it from the begining when Kibot published it on armaholic and for me it's the best mission I ever played for years and still playing it beacuse it is awesome both ways as for SP and for MP.
