how long do it take to get on the top

if you want to know how t find it as a map in game go steamapps>workshop>content>440(tf2's app number)>and you will see the workshop id as a folder in this case 954668585 and in that folder is the map with .bsp copy that .bsp and go back to steamapps and then go to common>Team Fortress 2>tf>maps and paste the .bsp file there from there start(or restart) tf2 and type map plr_highertower_nb and it should load.
