A little underpowered overall. Buckshot should have a Dodge debuff of some kind like Blanket Fire, and Aimed Shot should get some armor piercing.

I think Skeet Shot is too powerful with that massive party SPD buff, especially the later upgrades where it goes up to +4 SPD or higher. I think that particular part of the skill should be nerfed or reworked.

You probably have another mod that overrides vanilla trinkets.

What does her Crimson Court Trinkets do? When they spawned they were the vanilla stats to healing but the set bonus was changed to dodge instead of Prot.

This mod will (should) override all 'real' musketeer files. Skins work fine.

What will happen of "real" musketeer vs standalone rework, I'm talking about skins published by others and such, will they apply to the official one, yours or both, personally I prefer your mod which is not just a reskin of arbalest =P

I'll disable the official one and check it out when I recruit a musketeer, thank you for this cool mod ;3

I should clarify as well- there's nothing wrong with her current kit, if anything, she makes the perfect companion for Arbalest at the moment.

The suggestions were a shower thought that I felt obligated to puke out, since I personally never use her outside of my Mark parties.

Hey O'Nightmare, figured it's neigh time I spewed out some unreasonable suggestions.

Disclaimer: I am only (somewhat) experienced in the locale and dialogue strings, not in developing skills.

Some of these may be very well impossible to implement and I apologize for making potentially useless suggestions in advance

I feel that this skill is still far, far, FAR too similar to the Arbalest. I believe that moving away from target marking altogether would make the Musketeer far more palatable to use and make her substantially more versatile (plus avoid further overlap with good ol' Arby)

Proposed Changes:

Armor penetration is *always* welcome on any class mod, plus an inverse version of buckshot would make for some awesome flavour!

Increasing armor penetration or damage but lowering accuracy based off of what rank *she* is currently in.

Rank 4: Default Values
Rank 3: 11% (Damage or Armor Penetration) -5acc
Rank 2: 33% (Damage or Armor Penetration, maybe both?) -15acc
Rank 1: 66% (Same as above) -30acc

(Numbers above are for example; real values I leave to your superior discretion)

Small Update:
Changed Buckshot tooltip so it's more clear
Increased Buckshot damage against ranks 1 and 2

Not sure why Skeet Shot doesn't have sound on miss, I've update sound bank file, let's see if it helps.
Yeah it's intended to activate party buffs on miss.

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this already or is it just me, but I think I encountered a bug. If Musketeer misses Skeet Shot, or the enemy dodges it, there's no sound whatsoever. On top of that the ability to buff party activates anyway, which I'm not sure if it's intentional. Nevertheless, the sound lacking part is really confusing. The only mods I'm using rn are this one and camping skills for Musketeer.

They are reworked. Most likely you have a mod that changes CC trinkets, and it overrides Musk's changes

Btw, trinket "silver bullet" also has a useless buff on the chance of moving. This skill also does not have a musketeer. In its present form, the CC set of the musketeer has many unnecessary effects.

Second @Kuckles "Kuku"'s suggestion to let her stress heal all ranks like the Arbalest now is able to heal all positions from ranks 4-3. I'd like to suggest also adding de-stealth or/and go to stealth mod like Grave robber abilities, thank you for the mod @O'Nightmare! Really love that reposte mechanic on her.

Is there any way to make it compatible with mods that change the Crimson court trinkets manually? I've tried adding the musketeer entries into the other mod i use (Better Sets) from your mod but that doesnt seem to do the trick.

I like her camping skills so I don't have plans changing them yet. But there is also a technical limitation, Musk's camp skills are in default.camping_skills.json file (it contains all camping skills from other classes) and I really don't want to edit that file.

I saw the mod you linked for the camping skills, though it doesn't seem to have the same flavour of balance as yours. Any intentions of personal changes to camping? (Also the other camping mod hasn't been updated since March.)

Yes, it will just replace almost all files in dlc. There won't be any difference if you use this mod with or without dlc.
